What will be going into the vacant Saveway store.
It isn't vacant. The pharmacy is still open. The store will transition into a Sobey's as they bought a number for former Safeway locations.

How long can we park while shopping and dining in the mall?
Do not park in a loading zone as they tend to have a shorter time limit for parking. While it is true that parking enforcement in a private parking lot is rarely enforced it is possible to get ticketed for more than 4 hours parking. There are certain zones that are marked with 30 minutes parking. Avoid those if you need to park for more than 30 minutes
